How to Translate Your Video and Attract Viewers from Around the World
Want your video to be watched not just in your home country, but globally? YouTube has long emphasized that translations boost reach, views, and revenue — especially when you localize your titles, descriptions, and subtitles.
We Built the Translator Tool for You
Localize your content quickly, efficiently, and without the tedious manual routine.
Step 1. Visit the site and start your free month

Open the Creator Tools website.
On the home page, click the "Try 1 month free" button.
Step 2. Log in with Google

YouTube is a Google product, and Creator Tools works within that ecosystem. Signing in with your Google account is the most convenient and secure option.
Click "Sign in with Google".
Step 3. Select your account

Choose the Google account linked to your YouTube channel from the list.
Or click "Change account" and enter your email manually.
Step 4. Grant Google access

Google will request standard permissions for the creator-tools app. Click "Continue".
Step 5. You're inside Creator Tools

Register in the service. To connect your channel, click "Log in with Google". After entering your email, all your channels will be pulled in automatically.
Step 6. Select your channel or brand account

Choose a YouTube channel from the list — personal or brand account.
If your channel isn't listed, try a different Google account.
Step 7. Confirm channel access

Verify the access rights for creator-tools. This is required so the service can add translations and metadata to your videos.
Step 8. Choose your video and languages

Over 140 languages are available. Open the "Translation settings" tab in the left sidebar. You'll find preset bundles of 50, 60, 70, 90, and 110 languages — or translate into all 143 at once.
Enable optional features as needed: "Including subtitles", "Including hashtags", "Rewrite", and "Regional language options".
Step 9. Start the translation

In your video list, click "Translate video!" next to the video you want. Wait about 15 seconds — translations are applied automatically.
Step 10. Find your translations in YouTube Studio

Go to YouTube Studio → your video → "Languages / Subtitles" tab and refresh the page. Your content is now visible to audiences worldwide: more views, a larger audience, and greater income.
What Each "Translation" Covers

Title — your video title is localized for each target language, making it discoverable in local search results.

Description — the full video description is translated and optimized for each language.

Subtitles — closed captions are generated and localized so viewers can follow along in their native language.
Adding localized titles, descriptions, and subtitles can dramatically improve your YouTube channel analytics. Here's what you can expect:
New views from other countries. Your video becomes accessible to users in the US, India, Germany, Brazil, Indonesia, and beyond — who find you through local search and recommendations.
More subscribers. When international viewers understand your content, they're far more likely to subscribe and stay loyal.
Higher monetization revenue. Viewers from high-CPM countries generate more ad revenue per view. With the same view count, your earnings can multiply significantly.
Translations aren't just a nice-to-have feature — they're a powerful growth lever for your YouTube channel. And now, you don't need to spend hours on manual work. Everything takes just a few clicks with Creator Tools.
Real Revenue Growth with Our Tools

When calculating your plan, keep in mind: translating one video into 143 languages counts as 143 translations.
To choose the best pricing tier, consider:
How many videos you publish per month
How many languages you plan to target
Multiply your video count by the number of languages, then add 5–10% for experiments and one-off translations.
The AI Assistant: Generate Titles, Descriptions, and Tags Instantly
The Translator service also includes an AI assistant that helps you name your videos for maximum clicks:
3 SEO-optimized title options to choose from
A ready-made description packed with relevant keywords
A curated set of tags to improve discoverability
Everything is ready in seconds. Pick your preferred title, click "Copy" in each section, then hit "Save changes".

Why does this work?
YouTube actively promotes videos it considers understandable to diverse audiences. Translated videos are more likely to surface in recommendations, earn more clicks, and hold viewers' attention longer.
